Symtally does not provide an option to create accounts, therefore we do not store or have access to your entries and data.
Symtally Data
Your Symtally data (symptoms, notes, insights) are stored locally on your device. Your information is private and accessible only to you.
Payment Data
Symtally uses a payment service to keep track of your premium status. This service is provided through RevenueCat.

If you would like your payment data to be deleted, please contact us at: [email protected]. Your data will be deleted as soon as possible and within 30 days.
Error Logs
Your device may collect error logs if you have chosen to allow it. If allowed, your device manufacturer may anonymously share these logs to help us diagnose and fix problems.
Backup
Users have the option of exporting their symptom data as a .csv file. It is only accessible to you. Additionally users can manually export a backup file and store it whevever it they want. We have no access to this.
Depending on your device settings, your device may may backup your data to Google Drive(Android). It is stored in your private cloud space and we don't have access to your backup files.
